$60k base salary and the balance in shares. That's more than 75% in equity payments. This is another big tick. This guy has taken a massive hit from a senior position at IBM to be paid a measly $5k per month. Clearly he sees some good returns in the short term to accept a deal like this.

I've only recently been buying into this over the last few weeks. Very happy to keep doing so at these levels.

Also nice to see this tech going under the radar on HC.
