I agree, it makes a big difference from an investor point of view if management can be bothered corresponding with shareholders.

From our BSM discussion, I gave them $250k in a rights issue and CEO couldn't even reply to e-mail. No longer a shareholder :)

This is vs. TS at CFE, nearly a $300m company who is very easy to keep in contact with.

I have been watching TRH for a little while with my speculative spectacles on... no investment yet..
