Mike responds to my emails very promptly - And i'm in no deeper than yourself. Agree TS is very good.
Bad communication is very unfortunate and usually a deal breaker for me... I dumped my position in BAU over 12-month ago because I had trouble speaking to the managers abou almost exactly the issue they are now facing. Ironic I can now buy their stock for the same price tomorrow.
Buffet always says managers is key - I 100% agree and always try to make comms with them to get a "feel" for their style.

For the record, I just received a brief response from TRH - Very good of them to get back to me.
