A bit of a generalisation to say Dr's cant be CEO's as one would think if they bring other skills to the position that there is no problem! Many a Doctor has done their MBA and plenty of business qualifications to allow them to have that leadership role - but I think what you are trying to say is that the problem is a personality one IN SOME CASES - which is the same one that leads to the old adage that Doctors make bad investors - because they are used to being right - and dont listen to others.
I think we better avoid discussions on racial profiling and other stereotypical assumptions
