    A quick google search of Managing Director average pay in Venture Capital (Polaris Equity) companies suggests that it can be anywhere from $800k to $2,000,000 a year. If these stats have any truth to them then it does lend itself well to the appointment of Jeffrey for $200k p.a. with equity interests.
