Ann: Appointment of CEO, page-19

To my earlier question, I've gone back to the Ann to acquire TSI, TSN intends to offer director roles to mohnish and deepak once acquisition completed. So Lai is the CEO from 20th March and will stay on having Moh and Deepak as potential directors under him. This clears up the thought I had that one of the two TSI guys were intended for CEO. This is good news as they are placing the management team to run the show when we acquire TSI. It's looking good
