Is she a full time CEO? I would think one needs to be present full time in order to be effective and who knows if this is the case with her? Also, if she's been with the company since 2016, then is she the reason for the mass exodus with so many resignations in late 2017? Really, why has it taken this long for them to suddenly appoint her as CEO when senior managers started leaving last year? I am wary that this is just a desperate attempt to make it look like positive changes.
