Ann: Appointment of CEO, page-4

I've kept half an eye on EXP for a few years (held for a while very early on). I've long thought that management was a problem for this company, and sometimes I've posted about it on HC. I was interested when I saw the new CEO announcement and wondered if I'd try to find some funds to allocate to EXP... then saw it was someone from government moving into the private sector. I'm not going to say this is bad, they definitely needed a change, but I'm not at all sure this is the change they needed. Someone familiar with dealing with government style projects and issues is just about the opposite of what I think they need.

Still, he's an individual person and he'll have the opportunity to prove himself. I won't be rushing to buy in but I'll be watching a little more closely for a while and keep an open mind.
