Well - if someone wanted to own a company for less than it has in cash then trickle buying below a threshold with some margin would be a good start.
Establish a position at a cheap price then maybe make larger grab from just under the 5% mark would provide a good stake to start with. After the patience the retail holders have had to exercise I suspect a few would sell to get their capital back for something in the high 20's.
