Great appointment and Ellis is stepping down. Win win. The acquisition is a bit unusual but probably helped to get him over the line. The most interesting part though are the performance hurdles for him to get his shares. $5m EBITDA IN 2022 which is very achievable vs an $8m market cap. The market is still asleep on this one.
