Based on his (CEOs) resume, it is all operational no Funding experience. So, BoD will have to finalize funding FIRST. Atlas, same incompetent BoD doing exactly the same as previous failed attempts. God help us! F...off all BoD and get successful large funding experience board and we have a chance!
