Further revenue decline with management expenses/fees/consultancy up.

What goes on in this boardroom?

Years of total mediocrity, no vision and decisions wrapped in the safety of an agency business model.....and now the reappointment of a CEO who years ago started this trip to nowhere.

The board has stated they will be continuing with the Netsuite agency. They have gone from focusing on small business to large business and the result has been negative. They have gone a full circle.

Surely they are not going to announce they have got rid of half the workforce taken a revenue hit of millions and are now
going to start all over again doing the same thing!

Unfortunately, they have nothing to sell, no technologies, no customer base they own, and lacklustre acquisitions with minimal growth.

It is time to find a new business model that wants an ASX listing and for this mob to exit.
