The listing has 328 million shares - they should find a start-up that has technology relevant to the "new world" - and do a deal to get this existing trainwreck sorted.
If the board and new CEO are so obsessed with Netsuite, they should as a group do their own "thing" get out on the road and sell/establish their own agency business. See how they perform! It is a trip to now where, no time, no thing.
This business model is like watching Kodak etc when they failed to realise the world has actually changed!
