Interesting that Chris King was CEO of JCurve back in May-2010 through to Dec-2012. The Share-price was around 4.5c mid May 2010 and finished at 1.7c in December 2012.
Obviously times change and the company at the time was different and more dependent on TEMS than it is now, so hard to compare, but will be interesting to see if going back to the future is the correct option here. The board do own a decent chunk of JCS and obviously think Chris is the right guy for the job (and obviously has experience in the industry and with JCS). The incentives offered seem to be reasonably aspirational, so I guess it's a wait and see what happens.
Been a long while, but think I'll change my rating to 'Hold' whilst the dust settles from the recent management changes.
