To my way of thinking this is very much an investment in going about new developments properly. No company can do JV's new businesses, esytablish mines, separately list assets on the ASX unless you bring in the expertise.

Our Exec Chairman is being very sensible in getting the right people inhouse, providing incentives with targets etc.

And I bet our new bloke has done a lot of due diligence on SRN and its prospects.

Every step SRN has taken since the appointment of Paul Burton has been forward, cautious, sensible and potentially company making.

I think long term shareholders will be sitting back in 18 months time nodding approval and raising a glass to Vlad, Paul and Jan.

Let's give it a bit of time.
