Spot on. There is no other possible reason than absolute necessity, that this appointment was made. Vlad and the company stands to loose to much $$ if this was just some random descion, if things werent postive behind the scenes otherwise it would be corporate suicide! This descion along with the recent news and the Saudi ambassador sticking his head in the door the other day all points to some very postive news coming our way shortly. GLTAH.
