But whilst saying that, it does need some recognition that the sum is a appropriate wage for the situation which calls for a smart, progressive thinker. His performance will be good to him in the performance rights issue area if he can do as you state he will prosper. May long termers need a healthy share price just to break even. If you look at the performance right criteria 5.6 cents is not above many long termers break even point. He has 3 years to achieve that or better. Firstly he needs cash to do anything so he will be out hunting cash. We could probably consider nothing will happen again until he has secured some cash.
The $900k is to run things until he finds funding. The last raise stated they would do certain things with the cash we will wait and see if they stay to their written word.
