It is interesting to compare what incentive there is for the new CEO against the Salary Sacrifice shares that BOD have.
For the new CEO he is rewarded for sp milestones but for the BOD they get more shares for their Salary sacrifice with a lower sp

We wait to see what the new CEO does.

Now if he does not produce a presentation for the AGM, then I will be voting against the renumeration motion.
There has not been an AGM presentation for last few AGM's - which IMO has damaged the sp.
