The salary sacrifice was something introduced by JW to bring ownership to all directors due existing had no ownership then. Also it was cost control thing, way back then. It has nothing to do with today only JW & Adam are on it. More so the incentives are for the new guy to get it moving.
Any reflection on the the amount of shares received at time of disbursal has no relevance to anything.
The higher the price the better due the people involved have multiple millions of shares effected by the price more so than how many they gain due salary sacrificing.
The job is to hear from our new CEO some encouraging news to move forward with.
