Second, schools dropped to 350 due to churn and pain from the pandemic, yes, but users grew.

Think about how long it took for Schrole to penetrate the majority of the ISS school base. Lets call it roughly ~2 years?

Now they have a partner cross-selling them into 3,000 international schools who are already integrated into their software offering.
Lets be very conservative and assume 50% penetration of that school base over the next 3 years so +1,500 schools this time around. That's +500 schools per year or +125 schools per quarter. That's not taking into account that really school signups should be relatively frontloaded here (especially after the effects of the pandemic wear off in 2021).

Also take into account that Schrole was busy with the partnership integration, and has been on a hiring spree during the last quarter (new board member, new CFO, new programming team). Would they be doing this if they didn't see a massive wall of new customers coming?

Adding back the schools that churned off in Q3 and then some by the end of next quarter will be easy now that the Faria partnership is fully going.
