Very simplistic thought process.
Being CFO of an explorer is a completely different ball game (skill set) to being CFO of a near-term producer and/or producer.
The fact remains that Mr Goldberg has tangible experience with African producers and therefore he will be immensely valuable to Prospect Resources as the company transitions from explorer to producer.
Not necessary to make a mountain out of a molehill.
