He wasn't CFO when he was made Chair. Only after making the CEO and CFO changes did he step into the CFO role on an interim basis. Clearly there is a larger resolve to be permanent CFO now. Should it have happened when he took over the interim CFO role.....Maybe. Probably depends on whether he thought it was going to be permanent. But all fixed now.
It was for such a short time that I'm not sure why you would be worried at all. Just looked back at your posts. Just 4 and all negative and one of them incorrect. You didn't seem to be on here talking about the high Director salaries of the old Board and their completely inadequate governance. Apparently only a problem now. Interesting
Lets see what they have to say tomorrow. They have also mentioned new Board Directors. Shame they couldn't have appointed the new Directors at the same time.
