The problem with offshore directors is pretty obvious, and now there are 4 of them. Atlas still needs 2 domestic directors to comply with corporations act. But it seems to me US-based directors would be rather hard to extradite to Australia should they breach any Australian legislation.
Shareholder very much beware.
