The chairmen of a board is the legal boss who's job it is to guide by picking management and doing everything he can to increase shareholder value. It's not a part time gig. Being a board member is or can be.

Alex's PDN prez job is a temp job and he stated that on his first day. If this has changed or you know something, then let me know. I went over the PDN announcements and didn't see the interim removed.

Alex looks to have a great skill-set to help deals get done but, he now has the full legal responsibility of AGY. The "I'm too busy with my other job" doesn't cut it.

I expect him to step up soon and start looking after my investment as I would think all the shareholders would.
I'm not concerned now but, Alex would know of everything Jerko is doing and the gameplan and signed off on it. Even though Jerko owns 10%, Alex is now the legal boss of AGY and I like that.

We just need him to bring it now.
