I saw that and was thinking the same thing.
Very strategic choice...I mean there are a lot of "chairmen" floating around. AGY picked this guy with a exact skill-set.
He rounds things out nicely as Jerco is a Geo. Rankco is just a accountant. Andrea is biz admin.
Alex is a deals guys and money guy with Asian connection to source the off-take deal for a JORCO. I like it.
Buying lots shares is just a plus. normally they buy 20k of shares as a token but, I like to see him buy 100k of shares...that shows commitment. We'll see how much he gets.
