The same thoughts were running through my head too..... Any shareholder or director must surely want the best for EMP, which is to progress Judith. But the impression that I got from the conversation today is that Vaz has interests in several other companies + contacts in other companies where he may be able to directly benefit from making certain business decisions. I didn't get a chance to ask further about this

And this is just my individual opinion: whenever a director is re-elected or a new director elected, this must proceed through a vote from shareholders right? So Vaz's directorship has no legal credibility, and when D-day comes on 4 January he would not have majority shareholder support. Does anyone agree/disagree with this statement?
