Neither Hovanessian nor Peters have lifted a finger to get the Judith asset to where it is. As for cancelling the Notice of Meeting on January 4th I would suggest is completely out of order and may be a precursor to something that will not be in the best interests of shareholders. Professional/institutional investors will be extremely agitated by the action of this conjured up board and will no doubt be supportive of Carl and his team.
