Boardroom squables, very frustrating. A battle of the lawyers now no doubt.
My understanding is that the meeting was called under section 249CA of the Corp Act. This can be done by a single director, so the comments in today's announcements about the previous NOM being invalid seem a bit of bluster.
How valid today's announcement is will likely be more contentious. Lets just hope it can get settled properly and quickly.
The history of our newly appointed Chairman does warrant some more reading though by the looks.
