What is Vaz's holding currently? I don't think it's that significant and didn't he transfer them to another entity during a blackout period (against ASX rules) and that the company that the shares were transferred into is or was in administration!!

Carl has definitely not "lost the battle". I have dialogue with him often. The current situation is a shambles and a big disappointment but we have more than vain hope.

It is appalling how a board can supposedly act in the best interests of the company but not in the best interests of the shareholders who would most certainly vote as per the now cancelled Notice of Meeting

Certainly expect action in January!!
