Carl has definitely not "lost the battle". I have dialogue with him often. The current situation is a shambles and a big disappointment but we have more than vain hope.
It is appalling how a board can supposedly act in the best interests of the company but not in the best interests of the shareholders who would most certainly vote as per the now cancelled Notice of Meeting
Certainly expect action in January!!

as at 19/12/18, he had 74M, held by Raxigi......7.8%
his fellow director, and possibly only ally in the T20, has 40M...roughly 4%

worth noting too, most of what he has gathered, is from directors fees, not OM....in fact he recently sold 20M, possibly for his legal woes
