Beginning of the end I'm afraid. DRC is a basket case at present and will continue to be while the current egomaniac remains running the country, refusing to follow his own democratic law, continues to run out of cash and witholds VAT refunds........then who wants to operate in that country? And who would invest in that country???? The stability and mining friendly country we had 3 yrs ago is gone. No knowledge this man has of the DRC will be of benefit at present.
