Questions to be raised from John Hurrells appointment would be what role Ferghana had in the Diasource transaction and associated financing as JH is a Director of Ferghana as far as I remember?

Who advised Anteo on the Canadian convertible note - As ultimately this was the snowball decision that caused the following moves to Bergen etc etc which has screwed the company for the last 12m

Also perhaps the board should look at the movements of the holder/s associated with a couple of the brokers on the recent broker data and if they were among the ones that have had conversations on funding options?
