PNR are absolutely taken the right approach to norseman - derisking first.
There is a graveyard of goldies that have completely effed themselves by rushing in and taking shortcuts.
Norseman is a high risk, very high reward gold province - if PNR get it right shareholders will be happy little vegemites.
