The Board and Management at Gindalbie did not cover themselves in glory with the demerger from Ansteel.
Long term shareholders were badly treated by the very poor deal offered.
And the new company CODA hasn't been listed on the ASX yet.
Interestingly since the demerger Ansteel has been able to increase exports by 14% as at the end of the 2019 calendar year.
Some might say, but i would never say, that the level of exports from Karara were suppressed before the demerger.
And the Oakjee Rail and Port project didn't go anywhere.
