The directors may not need to purchase on market if they have an employee share scheme in which they are given shares for being with the company for x number of years.

One would hope that due to the lack of performance both operational and on the SP front that part of the ESS deemed that if they werent up to par with KPIs the shares could not be taken up at a discount or whatever.

I paid ~20c for the stock back in about Sept 17 over 2 years on and the value is effectively half. Keep in mind back then we had a mine that was fully operational with no half ownership of a run down one.

Id love to see this take off even with a small holding but the big issues we face are reduced performance at HC on top of a profit sink at Norse. If the company runs out of cash and turns to CR its not gonna look pretty at the huge dilution that would be needed just to get some cash together. PENDING someone has more money to chuck at it.
