AU mining invested $1.7mil several weeks ago, then they advised they were going to take up their entitlements in the capital raising which closed on the 23rd of December. There total investment is around $6.6mil. I don't expect MRC to raise much more than $7mil, but as you have shown, AU mining does lend money to the companies they invest in which indicates to me if the CR is a failure, we are likely to enter into a loan agreement with AU mining to get the developments progressing and the debt will be repaid once the inland strands get into production.

If you think the departure of Fletcher is the reason why Administration is likely, No one really cared that he departed only 81k shares were traded today, which isn't significant.
