The required funds will, almost certainly, be sourced as a mix of debt, prepayment and capital raising.
The exact mix we won't know until later, and any dilutionary effects of the cap raise will be minimised by the presumed elevated stock price by the time its announced. I'll say, for completeness, there is a chance there is no cap raise as part of funding, but super slim.
