Don't think they would ever buy in Africa but could be wrong. Wenbo Wang (Ganfeng) worked on fixing early teething issues at PLS mill and is now Ganfengs technical director overseeing Leo Lithiums development for the JV interest. Still, I think too risky for PLS.
