No, she wasn't the founder, that was Kate Morris who made off like a bandit with $46m. Tennealle only became CEO in August 2020 two months before the IPO (which is why I'm saying its not her fault). Clearly over-priced, she actually met her revenue and EBITDA targets. Must be well known to the IDP board, given she worked at Seek for 10 years, so they clearly have confidence in her abilities.
