    Personally I am very happy the CEO/MD role is sorted out. Certainty is important in business, especially in the leadership, and distracted uncertain leadership can destroy a business. I wish the new CEO all the best and hope he makes wise and lucky decisions, now he can keep his eye firmly on the ball.
