The right candidate can name their terms. This is a good appointment for this point in time. Property and gaming experiences, reputation and competence.
New leadership was needed to demonstrate a change of culture and direction- what the regulators asked for in December 2023 and were resisted.
If the major risks are resolved, confidence restored and shareholder value grows, the executive package is worth every dime and more. Value for money.
Expect more positive news of C-suite appointments soon.
