While a TO figure is speculation, a key point of difference to old regime is this new CEO is experienced at doing deals, not taking it all personally and acting commercially to faciliate a good deal. Added benefit is competent and can run a team for a turnaround in the meantime.
That the regularor is favourable to the new CEO is a very good sign. If supervised/provisional licence granted with path to unrestricted gaming licence then the future of this Star is all the brighter and rising higher. Watch for analyst reratings following regulstor decision.
