Sure Hopkins has got the credentials at the operational level, Fabian's a [dodgy] investor type. Does Hopkins speak Portuguese?
Told ya this should come down to these levels, it should have started at the low 20s in the first place. It might be wort a punt here, but given the current issues at the mine and the credibility of current management I'll pass it up. Will reassess when it drops to about 15-17c.
