@bubsmark, agree and very valid points.
As they say, the devils in the detail.
As a spec stock (albeit de-risked at this stage) this is the level of detail we are given, if we expect to see the SP and returns north of 50c+ in the near future.
With full info all upfront we'd probably be only expecting a modest gain from here.
I'm sure the good doctor will keep looking after his loyal investors as he's done thus far already ...
