A good outcome, as clearly David Q is wanting to step back. I have no doubt the past 12 months have been challenging (to say the least).

Peter Nicholson's resume seems solid enough. His mining experience is somewhat dated, with him last running an operation 18 years ago.

That being said, the business he works for... is basically finance, or more importantly, investing in assets, then... selling them. Is this the clearest sign that OBM is now for sale? Or... is Peter wanting to make his mark?

In the end, it explains that David Q is going to stay as the MD over the short to medium term. I take that it means at least until commercial production is achieved. In the near term, that is all that matters I suppose.
