In the past few weeks, the buy side has completely dried up and the current valuation has a strong disconnect with the future earning potential of OBM. Not to mention the rising inflationary pressure created by artificially low central bank interest rates and constant devaluatation of currencies via quantitative easing.

Despite my melting capital gains though, I am very calm and I trust the management to keep delivering according to the plan. Anything else right now is just noise to me that would cause unnecessary panic.

If the current downward trend keeps happening, OBM could be easily on the front page of stock screener sites with an annualised P/E ratio of less than 4 (own forecast based on current POG and AUD/USD exchange rate). I hope that we can all laugh a good one on the current valuations in July.
