I think it is beeing slowly accumulated at lower SP. However, if it goes to 20 or below this is a buy. Currently it seems that not many to like OBM - is also a pure gold play and has to deliver hard facts Q2 and Q3 this year. Seems that not may are trusting the management. Let's wait and see - a lot also depending from POG - I expect a rebound in Q2 also here - before just technical and probably short lived rebounds.
