This video is 2 weeks old, so the trigger should be more global macro environment and not OBM related.
Off the back of the new Us stimulus package (yet to be approved), it seems like there has been a slight shift in sentiment towards the sector. Surprisingly this shift has not yet spiralled into the POG (comex). However, most producers both domestically and in overseas got a nice boost today and many are up by 5%+.
