David McBride - former Major in the Australian Army and British Army, who served two tours in Afghanistan, serving as the military lawyer assigned to the Special Forces who ultimately leaked as a Whistleblower the Afghan War Crimes file to the ABC, after getting nowhere into getting the defence force to act on unlawful killings. this led to the Brereton Enquiry which found credible evidence of war crimes committed by Australian Forces in Afghanistan, including Corporal Ben Roberts Smith, who lost his multi year defamation case against the papers yesterday, where effectively the Federal Court Judge found the allegation in the paper of unlawful acts in Afghanistan by Ben Roberts Smith were substantially true. David is currently still being prosecuted for leaking this information to the ABC.

Peter Fox - former NSW Detective Chief Superintendent - Whistleblower who help prompt the Royal Commission into Institutionalised Child Sexual Abuse by writing a letter to then Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard after getting nowhere within NSW police to do anything on reports.

Troy Stolz, former AFP a officer, and most recently Anti Money Laundering Specialist with NSW lubs which represents 1300 pubs and clubs in NSW who found that around 95% of these pubs and clubs were not monitoring or enforcing their anti money laundering policies and that drug and crime syndicates were laundering multi billions of dollars through the poker machines into clean money. After getting nowhere in NSW Clubs, he ultimately leaked this board report to the NSW Regulator and to Independent Senator Andrew Wilkie. NSW Clubs pursued him in court for breaching confidentiality provisions of his employment contract and pursued him and his wife for years, including when he had a terminal cancer diagnosis ( now thankfully in remission) in an attempt to silence him. Ultimately just before this years NSW election, they settled out of court after the NSW Clubs CEO resigned, and both parties Labour and Liberals made decisions to varying levels to fix thee e problem of money laundering and problem gambling in NSW

Jeffrey Morris OAM - OAM an awarded in January 2023 for his revives to financial governance and local council. Jeffrey was the CBA Whistleblower who worked tirelessly to expose the banks misdeeds, of charging dead customers, charging for services not rendered etc, and was a main proponent along with journalist Adele Ferguson to ultimately push and get a Royal Banking Commission approved by former Prime Minister Scott Morrison, after he had rejected the idea 21 times as Prime Minister and former Treasurer of Australia. The Royal Banking Commission found serious issues in the banking and financial planning and insurance industries, and I believe at last count around $10 billion dollars has been returned to customers who should not have been charged, it also led to the resignations of two box the 4 big bank chairman’s and two CEOs plus other senior executives. As yet it appears no criminal charges have been laid against any bank person for this knowingly conduct, nor million dollar bonuses been clawed back from those who should not have got them.

Sharon Kelsey - former CEO of the Logan City Council, who after she started found misconduct by the mayor and Councillour and reported it to the Qld Crime and Corruption Commission, when the Mayor etc found out, they sacked her. The Qld State Government sacked thee Councillour s and appointed an administrator, though the Councillour who supportedMs Kelsey and refused to vote to sack her, are now back on the council with one as the Mayor. She is still in legal proceedings on this matter, having spent approximately $3m in legal costs. former Mayor Luke Smith was recently found guilty in a Qld court on some of the original allegations.

Kent Quinlan, whistleblower at ERM Power Limited, in respect of sham transactions by the company to prop up their yearly earnings in FY 2012 by approx 33%) or 25z of actual disclosed year earnings, by sham transactions with Qld government owned generator Stanwell, depriving the Qld Government and taxpayers of over $4m in profits in the 2012 FY, and approximately the same again with Macquarie Bank and propping up the profits of an ASX listed company controlled by the St Baker family, and ultimately potentially generated both bonuses for executives and kept the share price up, when neither should have occurred and Insider Trading by then Managing Director Philip St Baker, who has recently claimed privilege against self incrimination on pretty much all the allegations because there is a real and appreciable risk by responding to the allegations of opening up a line of investigation, and potential prosecution by either ASIC or Qld’s Crime and Corruption Commission (specifically the Stanwell sham transactions because Stanwell is a Qld government owned corporation. These legal proceedings are progressing, with defences now due by 1O former directors and one current director. ERM Power Ltd was acquired by Shell in late 2019 for more than $600million, and this company is also a defendant. The proceedings are in respect of breaches of thee Part 9.4AAA provisions of the Corporations Act, with regard to identifying a protected whistleblower without their consent and victimisation of said whistleblower by acts or omissions which cause damage or detriment to the protected whistleblower which between both areas occurred around at least 40 times, maybe more potential offences will be discovered in the document discovery phase which will occur soon. Mr Philip St Baker has claimed and been granted privilege by the court on approximately 70% of the claim as most allegations are against him. thee current version of the claim extends to approximately 610 pages and is part of numerous court documents now numbering over 80 which the public can purchase a copy from the Qld Court Registry.
