He was the Chief Operations Officer of Firefinch Limited and under his watch shareholder wealth was absolutely decimated.
Under his watch the Company spent over $200 million on plant refurbishments and went into a trading halt for missing production guidance.
Under his watch, the Company stopped funding their gold mine and lost control over the mine management.

Didn't stop him being awarded performance shares, some being granted / vested and issued 6 weeks post his termination.

NOT advice, but I would be doing some deep research on any of the current and/or past senior management / board of directors aligned with Firefinch before putting pennies in.
